Catherine completed her AVCE award to go into Physiotherapy, however she decided to take a two year break.
In October 2002 she completed her Amateur Boxing Association, Assistant Coaching award and is a trainer with the Croydon Amateur Boxing Club.
In September 2004 she completed her ITEC Diploma in Anatomy and Physiology followed in September 2005 with her diploma in Holistic Massage.
In February 2007 Catherine also completed her ITEC Level 3 Massage Diploma and became a volunteer Massage Therapist for the 2007 Flora London Marathon.
Catherine is hoping to complete her full Amateur Boxing Association Coach award in 2008
Catherine works in both London Bridge and Fulham.

In 2003 she finally decided to change her career completely and embarked upon a second degree 10 years after the first - this time a BSc (Hons) in Health Sciences at the University of Westminster, focusing on touch therapies, her until then somewhat hidden passion.
After completing the compulsory Therapeutic Massage modules, she went on to specialise further in Neuromuscular and Myofascial release therapy. She integrates all of the above to tailor each session to the individual needs, as well as elements from Thai Yoga, Yoga and Cranial Sacral Therapies in order to facilitate free flowing movement and health. Her holistic approach encourages the patient to increase his/her awareness in regards to their body, posture and movement patterns, and where these can become stuck and painful. Camilla practices in Fulham.

Zeenat Jamal

Zeenat is a Massage Therapist and Complementary Health Care Practitioner from Canada. She has been practicing Massage Therapy for 7 years. She has experience working at a Health Club and Spa as well as at a Chiropractic Clinic.
Zeenat completed her Bachelor’s degree at the University of Western Ontario, and did her Massage Therapy and Complementary Health Care training in Canada. She practices Therapeutic Massage (Deep Tissue), Relaxation Massage, Reflexology, Hot Stone Massage, Indian Head Massage, Craniosacral Therapy and Manual Lymphatic Drainage.
Zeenat has had experience working with chronic pain patients, migraine sufferers, motor vehicle accident victims, pregnant women and performing lymphatic drainage for cellulite and detox. She is a true believer in Complementary Medicine and has a passion for her work. She is fully insured and registered with EMBODY Professionals.
Zeenat practices in Fulham but is currently on maternaty leave.
